We at 3square Marketung believes in 100% of our client satisfaction but we also believe in equal exchange of energies. Hence, we offer refund only before the onboarding call.
How to Request a Refund?
You can quickly request a refund by contacting our support team. You can also raise a refund request by emailing to our support at info@3squaremarketing.com with a subject "Requesting for a Refund".
When you submit a refund request, each and every campaign managed by us will be paused instantly.
We also offer a "Cancel Anytime Policy" to each and every client of ours so that if they don't want to get locked-in in a contract for a longer time, they can easily cancel it at a "30 Day Advance Notice".
For Example, If a client signs a contract with us for 3 months and after 1 month, some emergency comes inn to them, then they can simply cancel the contract without worrying about anything.
When you submit a cancellation request, each and every campaign managed by us will be paused after completing the following month.
Estimate Refund Time
Refund can only be initiated before the onboarding call. Once you initiate refund request it will processed within 24 hours and may reflect in same payment method within 2-5 business days.
